During the economic hardship of this time, we understand that families have few resources for extra activities.
Our sponsors don't want a $35. fee to deter enrollment in an activity that will improve a kid's health, development of talent, well being, or safe socialization.
The assistance we have received from civic minded organizations, local businesses, individuals, has made possible funding for students to enroll in local activities of their choice and interest.
Is there something in the Englewood area that you want to try? We want to help you do it, it is that simple.
All middle and high school age youth who commit to a drug free lifestyle are eligible and encouraged to participate while funds are available.

What is D-Fy?
D-Fy (Drug Free Youth) is a community based prevention initiative. It is a voluntary program for youth and a way for our community to reinforce the healthy choices of our youth. D-Fy recognizes the majority of teens who do not abuse substances and continue to make positive choices by offering incentives. It can also offer teens a way to address peer pressure from those may try to pressure them into unhealthy substance use - "can't do that - don't want to lose my benefits!". But, the bottom line is - D-Fy is our community's way to show how much we respect teens who choose to be alcohol, tobacco and drug-free.
