Purpose: To enhance arts for all, environmentally increase protective factors, promote wellness, and mitigate/eliminate youth substance mis-use in the Englewood/ Cape Haze Peninsula, Florida Community by faciliating positive alternative opportunities, mentoring participants in discovering and/or developing artistic expression, and personal and shared achievement.
